FANSHOP EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love what you purchased. But in case you don’t, we’ll gladly exchange your item for any reason. You have up to 30 days from your order ship date to exchange your item.
Please note that we can only exchange items that are in their original, unopened packaging, and if an item doesn’t come packaged, it must have the original hangtag attached. Apparel must be in its original condition – unwashed and unworn. Your item can only be exchanged and replaced with the same item and, in the case of apparel, can only be exchanged for another size. If we’re not able to exchange for your selected size, or if you’re returning a defective item, you received a damaged item, or we shipped you an item you did not order and we do not have the replacement item in stock, we’ll issue you a refund for your item.
How to Exchange an Item
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us and we’ll issue a Return Authorization to get your exchange started.
Unless you’re returning a defective item, you received a damaged item, or we shipped you an item you did not order, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to us. We recommend using a carrier that provides you with a tracking number, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. If you’re returning a defective item, you received a damaged item, or we shipped you an item you did not order, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Fandango Passes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If you’ve already used your Fandango Pass to purchase a movie ticket, you may exchange your ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to the same movie, subject to Fandango Terms and Policies. A movie ticket purchased using a Fandango Pass is not eligible for refund.
Merchandise is not refundable, and there will be no refunds for items purchased in the FanShop Store, except as otherwise described in this FanShop Exchange Policy.
